“Tavarua” is a Pacific Seacraft 40 designed by W.I.B. Crealock, and she is ready to cruise anywhere on the planet. She is loaded with gear and much of the gear was purchased in the last couple of years. Her engine has only 530 hours, she has beautiful two tone decks, and is in excellent condition. “Tavarua” is now owned by a couple of engineers who have cared for her as a proper yacht. The Pearson 39 sails well close to the weather and is forgiving to the skipper. The 39 was well respected on the race course while at the same time serving as a comfortable and some would say spacious cruiser. Pisces needs some TLC but she is a fine sailing vessel.
The Bill Shaw design sleeps 7 with 2 up front for in the main cabin and a navigators berth adjacent to the chart table. Topside there is a 9'3 cockpit and 673 sq. ft of sail area. This traditional keel/centerboard yawl has a skeg rudder. Her quick acceleration, balance and steering ability met the needs of the most critical sailors.

"When setting out to design the Pacific Seacraft 37, I had the luxury of doing it for myself without obligation to builder or dealer. I did not have to pay homage to interiors festooned with bunks, or revered classic features, or long waterlines or short, or distorted ends." W.I.B. "Bill" Crealock was one of the few naval architects who could draw from the personal experience of 8 years of blue water cruising. His Pacific Seacraft 37 (aka Crealock 37) is legendary for her design and offshore cruising performance. She is a beautiful sailing ship that has excellent handling characteristics on all points of sail.
"Permagrin" has been outfitted for offshore cruising and is currently located at the Shelter Bay Marina on the Gulf side of the Panama Canal. Arrangements for showing made through our office in Seattle, WA.

The Cal 34 Mk III has enjoyed a great reputation a solid club racer and cruiser. With moderately light displacement, fin keel, long waterline, and a highly efficient rudder the Cal 34 is well balanced and a solid performer on all points of wind.

When Bill Crealock (Naval Architect) designed the canoe stern for Pacific Seacraft 34 he said he was aiming at a yacht that would handle easily, be well balanced, comfortable, and safe. Safe even at speeds beyond the safety limit. Conditions encountered for example when surfing under bare poles where the danger of broaching and getting rolled is high if you cannot maintain control. As Bill stated, "If you get a boat that is safe under those conditions, you don't have to worry much about the rest."
"Iniki" is an excellent example of the breed. She has a small offshore style cockpit, still long enough for the average person to lay down in, but not so large that a big wave would cause problems. She has tall lifelines and pulpits, and it is easy to move about on deck. Lines are led aft, and safety for you and your family is considered throughout, including the fully protected skeg hung rudder and the running gear that is protected in aperture.

This is a two owner Dana. The first owner used the boat in the Great Lakes, and the second is the current owner whose use is here in the Northwest. She only has 780 hours on the engine, the oven looks like it has not been used. She has extras on her like a Stainless Steel Electric Lewmar Windlass with a mirror polished custom mount.

This is a nice Flicka, originally owned by the Pacific Seacraft dealer in Maine. The currrent owner brought her out from Maine when he moved here, and is now moving back to Maine. He said his Flicka must go, due to changes in his life.
Items of note, she has bronze ports, a green hull, Profurl furling, and a Yanmar diesel rebuilt about 4 years ago.
She is at our dock for viewing!
